The purpose of our MD program is to assist organizations in encouraging sustained and continuous personal development, both in work and personal life, independent of a specific MD program.
We achieve this by identifying the “growth mindset” using our unique Management Stars test. Then we encourage this mindset and promote “ownership. We conduct regular interventions that ensure long-term engagement. As a result, individual performance improves, and career and team goals are realized. This results in “Purpose-driven” employment and “collective value creation.

“Why does one coach manage to create a winning team while another coach does not. We know the secret to successful management!”
An analogy can be made between a manager and a coach of a (top) sports team. What does a good coach do? A good coach determines strategy and tactics based on correct analysis and works toward (sub)goals. He or she builds a clear structure and demands “focus” and “discipline” from the players. The coach buys new players, makes sure they are in the right position, motivates and encourages, gives feedback and attention, and is approachable. As a coach, how do you create a safe development environment? How do you successfully bridge generational and cultural differences?
“We teach your organization and managers to develop themselves, visible results in 4 to 6 months.”
Effective leadership requires strategic thinking, meticulous planning, a good “engine” (clear structure & procedures) and ensuring motivational communication. It requires talented people who have the courage to challenge the status quo, make decisions, and inspire and motivate their team, providing space to be allowed to make mistakes along the way to success. At the heart of their leadership style is a purposeful approach that fosters collaboration and creates value for the collective good.
Get more out of your organization, create a creative, effective and collaborative team. Increase your results with an eye on society. Break old habits and learned behaviors and build a dynamic culture. Our customized MD programs are designed to transform managers & teams and drive the agility needed in the modern, data-driven world. We help you redefine leadership, bridge generation gaps, embrace agility and ownership, and exceed outcome goals.

First, we analyze the market and the organization to identify both the current and desired situation. We do this using the following criteria:
Based on this analysis, the program’s focal points are determined. Dane delves further into the subject matter to uncover hidden dynamics within the organization that can promote or hinder the achievement of results. This allows us to jointly set realistic goals that move the organization forward.
As a result of the first phase, we prepare a customized program. This may consist of the following components:
What is the organization’s strategy? What competencies are critical for the future to achieve organizational goals? The purpose of a Management Development (MD) track is to encourage continuous personal development in line with the organization’s strategic goals. This applies to both professional and personal life, and ideally this development will be independent of the MD program. We achieve this through regular mid-term evaluations, with which we make adjustments as needed to ensure that the trajectory remains current. Often the program leads to additional training needs.
Our MD programs have a lead time of 4 to 6 months. The program consists of several customized modules. The results of these modules are determined in consultation with you to maximize the effect.
