Purpose: quick and easy online managerial skills tests

Managers in the right position make the difference. We test for personality, competencies, stress image & motivations. Our management competency wheel allows you to see at a glance whether the employee is suitable for a management position or not and on which specific development points, development can take place. Reporting in three management styles: entrepreneurial, coaching or managing/directive.

For selection and development issues, we leverage our unique online testing tools to unravel management potential and management drivers, and identify longer-term success and failure risks. In addition to the score on 14 competencies, stress image and 21 drives, you will also receive concrete development tips that are directly linked to the employee’s management style.

Unique: more than 80 years of experience

Through partly self-developed and valid testing instruments and the years of experience of our psychologists who are themselves managers and/or have managed in the past, we are able to come up with reliable recommendations. All test items are based on scientific models and extensive research.

Unique: self-image versus objective image (feedback)

The test provides a unique insight into the employee’s self-image versus the objective image. To this end, two separate tests are administered. Engage in conversation with the employee, discussing how he/she sees him/herself and how others see him/her and providing concrete feedback.

You will receive a complete report on which to make informed decisions. This provides concrete insight into managerial behavior, aptitude and ambition.
