What is Company Stars?
Company Stars is composed of 2 personality questionnaires whose results are displayed in 5 color types. In the first questionnaire, the candidate describes himself, called self-image. The questions from the second questionnaire (drives), we call the objective picture and are formulated in such a way that it is not easy to deduce which question ultimately leads to which color. In addition to the five colors, there is a chance of a sixth color being formed, namely the color orange and this represents ‘entrepreneurship’.
The test is quick to take online and is well secured. Reports are immediately emailed to you in PDF format and these are clear and crisp with text and images.
